Preferred Partners – Working Together To Meet Client Needs
While I have a solid grasp of the entire spectrum of available financial services, I am first and foremost a mortgage professional. And yet, I am often asked about services outside of my area of expertise, from accounting and taxation to investments and retirement planning.
Even when I’m not asked, it’s not uncommon to come across a situation in which my client could use the advice of a professional on issues other than their mortgage. Which is why I cultivate and nourish relationships with other professionals who experience the same diversity of need with their clients.

An enlightened referral can be – and should be – a sum in excess of its parts.
None of us in the financial services business can do it all. The work is too varied and complex, the clients too diverse and rightfully expectant of no compromises. Which is why we, as financial services professionals, should work together to make sure we deliver solutions from all corners of the financial landscape.
And in so doing, we should be every bit as particular and demanding about who we work with as our clients.

Leveraging the win-win proposition.
It’s as simple as this: our job as financial professionals is to add value when and where can. Which means, when our clients require services in a discipline other than our own, we have two choices: shrug and say that’s not our job, or refer them to a trusted professional who is as good in their discipline as you are in yours.
My philosophy of referring clients is to recommend the best provider possible. And in doing so, I not only retain my client’s business and trust, I expand the scope of my value. Perhaps like you, I’m all about delivering value.
And when the favor of a referral is reciprocated, everybody wins. Especially our clients.
I am looking for financial professionals who feel the same, and who recognize and value my approach and my experience in the mortgage business. If that’s you, and if you are as uncompromising in your business ethics and the quality of your work as I am in mine, let’s talk.
Because our clients won’t wait, and neither should we. |
